I am passionate about helping the people I work with create a meaningful life. My ability to connect with ease and warmth creates a trusting relationship where real change is possible. Through therapy we will work together to gain insight, and use that insight to promote growth in your life.

My therapy practice is diverse and includes adults, children, and families.

I am a licensed Marriage Family Therapist (#77642). I received a Masters of Arts in counseling psychology from John F. Kennedy University in 2010. I have worked as a therapist in a variety of settings, including: community mental health agencies, elementary schools, universities, a corporate campus, and now in private practice. In these settings I have worked with adults, couples, families, and children. Before becoming a therapist I had a successful career as a public elementary school teacher.
